SmartSignal CRE Practicum (OL)  

In SmartSignal CRE Practicum, learn to use the IPRC workflow, understand the information provided on charts, and learn the best practices to approaching monitoring for a customer. Along with a comprehensive discussion on the process workflow for monitoring, more detailed features of Sentinel are discussed as well and best practices for conducting a customer call.
