APM Foundation Work Process


During this one-day, work process course, participants will learn about the necessary elements for a successful Asset Performance Management (APM) initiative and the framework for a living strategy. Course attendees will gain an understanding that a successful APM initiative should include appropriate asset characterization and measurement processes, a risk assessment method, tools for effective data analysis to identify and track opportunities for correction, and mechanisms to provide feedback on progress.
